I've seen this picture around, but I've always seen it associated with Eris, the Greek goddess who basically started the Trojan War. She caused trouble at the wedding of Thetis and Peleus with a golden apple that Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite started fighting over. Zeus had Paris of Troy settle the argument, he picked Aphrodite, and she rewarded him with the most beautiful woman in the world, Helen, which caused her husband to bring the Greek army to attack Troy.
